1. Just click the button below for the kind of application form you need. 

2. When the application opens, you can fill it in on-line. Just use your tab key to move from one blank to the next. When you get to the check boxes, click with your left mouse button (or press the enter key) to put an X in any box you want to check before moving on with the tab key. (Of course if you prefer you can also just print off the form and fill it in by hand.)

3. Currently you can not submit the completed application on-line.  When you are done, just print out the form, sign it, and mail it to us with your check to the address shown on the form.  (The amount of the fee is shown on the application.)  Be sure to print all the copies you want before closing the form!

Association Membership: Applying on behalf of your residential condominium, homeowners, timeshare, or cooperative association? Note: Residential condominiums only.  Commercial condominiums may join as Business Associate members.
